Freeport Lions Club Breakfast

The Freeport Lions Club is holding a fundraising breakfast in the Sacred Heart Church Basement on Sunday, March 14th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. They will be serving pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, beverages, etc.. All proceeds go towards Freeport Lions Club community projects.

Adults: $7.00 in advance or $7.50 at the door
Children ages 5-12: $3.00
Children ages 4 and under: Free

A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:35 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with Council Members David Humbert, Ken Goebel, Joe Hennen, and Ron Ritter also in attendance.

Also in attendance: Herman Lensing, Carol Moorman, Vern Fuchs, Margaret Atkinson, Ronnie Bertram, Sam Kramer, Edward job, Terry Schmitt, Jeri Johnson, Gerald Wiechmann, Jamie Englemeyer, Richard and Millie Nienaber, Dennis Toeben, Jerry Butkowski, Rodney Atkinson, Dennis Poepping, Fritz Laing, Edward and Karen Balfour, Ron and Darlene Gruber, Matt Lurken-Tvrdik, Fr. Roger Klassen, Tammy Reis, Gerald Mayers, Gary Grossinger, and Jeff Johnson.

Staff persons in attendance: Paul Hetland, Scott Lange, and Dave Blommel.
