A special meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:05 P.M. by Mayor Rodney Atkinson, with councilors Dave Humbert, Bud Heidgerken and Greg Boelter present, although John Thelen arrived at 7:35 P.M.

The second regularly scheduled monthly meeting of March was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Rodney Atkinson with council members John Thelen, David Humbert and Bud Heidgerken all present. Also present were Peter Carlson of SEH Engineering, Rich Romness of Bolton & Menk, Maintenance Supervisor Joel Dasher and Acting City Clerk Joe Heinen. Greg Boelter was absent.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor John Thelen called a Special Meeting of the Freeport City Council to order this date beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Rodney Atkinson called a regular meeting of the Freeport City Council to order this date beginning at 7:30 P.M.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Atkinson called a Special Meeting of the Freeport City Council to order this date beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Atkinson called the First Meeting of 2002 to order this date beginning at 10:20 p.m.
