Goebel seconded a motion approving the Consent Agenda which included the following: Approval of the agenda; approval of the minutes from the June 26, 2012 Regular Council Meeting; approval of the minutes from the July 9, 2012 Special Council Meeting; and approval of the claims distributed June 19, 2012 through July 23, 2012. Motion carried 5-0.
