A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with members Tim Hennen, Dave Humbert, Charles Balderston, and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

Also in attendance were the following: Carol Moorman, Herman Lensing, Mary Schieffer, John Gilk, Noah Van Beck and Wayne Revering.

Staff person on hand were Paul Hetland and Joel Dasher.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.
