A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with members Dave Humbert, Charles Balderston, and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

Also in attendance were the following: Herman Lensing, Mary Hetland, Kathleen Hetland, Claire Hetland, Ann Welle, Holly Grieve, Laura Moening, Daniel Lanes, Mary Schieffer, and Kathy Welle.
