The regular bi-monthly meeting of the Freeport City Council was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Rodney Atkinson. Also present were members Dave Humbert, Greg Boelter and John Thelen while Bud Heidgerken was absent. Staff in attendance were engineers Peter Carlson of SEH, Inc. and Rich Romness of Bolton & Menk, in addition to City Clerk Joe Heinen.

The Freeport City Council annual Board of Review meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Mayor Rodney Atkinson, with members Greg Boelter, John Thelen, Dave Humbert and Bud Heidgerken all present. Also in attendance were appraisers Tim Mitchell and Robert Lindvall from the Stearns County Assessor’s Office and Joe Heinen, Acting City Clerk.
