A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with Council Members Dave Humbert, Charles Balderston, Joe Hennen, and Tim Hennen also in attendance.

Also in attendance were Herman Lensing, Carol Moorman, Mark Middendorf, Ed and Jackie Atkinson, Dennis Heidgerken, Phil and Gail Osendorf, Charlie Heidgerken, Renee Blenker, Sue Slupe, Ken Goebel, Jesse Job, and Abby Cunningham.

Staff person on hand was Paul Hetland, April Bielejeski, Keith Koehler, and Scott Hamak.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.
