A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with Council Members David Humbert, Ken Goebel, and Ron Ritter also in attendance. Member Hennen joined the meeting during old business.

Also in attendance: Neil Worms, Carol Moorman and Herman Lensing.

Staff persons in attendance: Vicki Holthaus, Jon Stueve and Scott Lange.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.
