A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor John Thelen, with members Dave Humbert, Matt Worms and Ken Goebel also in attendance.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Thelen called the First Meeting of 2003 to order this date beginning at 8:50 p.m.

A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Rodney Atkinson, with members Dave Humbert, Bud Heidgerken, Greg Boelter and John Thelen also in attendance.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Atkinson called a Special Meeting of the Freeport City Council to order this date beginning at 7:10 a.m.
