A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor John Thelen, with members Dave Humbert, Matt Worms, Ken Goebel and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. on July 30, 2003 by Mayor John Thelen with members, Dave Humbert, Matt Worms, Ken Goebel, and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meting of the City Council of the City of Freeport, Stearns County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on July 23, 2003 at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose, in part, of authorizing the issuance and awarding the sale of $500,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 2003.
