A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with Council Members Dave Humbert, Charles Balderston, Tim Hennen, and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

Also in attendance were the following: Fritz Hoeschen, Herman Lensing, Pam Scherping, and Emily Scherping.

Staff person on hand was Paul Hetland.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.
