Staff persons on hand were Paul Hetland and Joel Dasher.

The purpose of the meeting was to take the county and assistant county engineers on a site overview of the proposed 2005 Main Street Road Construction Project.

The group met at the new city hall and proceeded easterly on Main Street. One of the major concerns raised by the Office of the County Engineer was the location of parking areas in the road right-of-way. City staff was instructed to bring this matter to the attention of the property and business owners. It was noted that the County will be surveying the street in next few months to gain a more accurate recommendation on the project.

Also Hetland brought to the attention to the Council a claim for $2000 for the I-94 recreation club for the Freeport Ice Daze. Thelen moved and Worms seconded a motion approving the claim. Discussion offered. Motion carried.

At 2:25 P.M. Goebel moved and Worms seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
