Council members present: Greg Boelter, John Thelen, Bud Heidgerken and Dave Humbert. Absent: none.
The council would eulogize Pincher.
After a discussion on Heinen's medical condition Heidgerken motioned to appoint Bonnie Sunderman as the acting, acting clerk seconded by Boelter and carried unanimously.
Atkinson agreed to have all calls to the city forwarded to his answering service.
The council then discussed the agenda for the December 30th meeting and Atkinson agreed to call sheriff elect Sanner, to ask him to be present at the meeting.
Motion by Humbert to adjourn at 8:00 am seconded by Thelen and carried.
