Freeport City Council Special Meeting Minutes - November 5, 2008

A special meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with Council Members Dave Humbert, Charles Balderston, Joe Hennen, and Tim Hennen also in attendance.

Staff person on hand was Paul Hetland.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.

Canvass the 2008 General Election

City Clerk/Treasurer Paul Hetland brought forward Resolution 2008-023 canvassing the local City of Freeport election results from November 4, 2008. Council reviewed the official election documents. Balderston moved and Tim Hennen seconded a motion approving Resolution 2008-023. Discussion offered. Motion carried 5-0.

At 7:37 P.M. Worms moved and Balderston seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
