A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with members Tim Hennen, Dave Humbert, and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

Also in attendance were the following: Carol Moorman, Herman Lensing, Jim Schulz, Jon Lentz, and Erv Bueckers.

Staff person on hand were Paul Hetland and Joel Dasher.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.
