A regular meeting of the Freeport City Council was convened at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Matt Worms with members Dave Humbert and Joe Hennen also in attendance.

Also in attendance were the following: Herman Lensing, Carol Moorman, Gary Meyer, Rodney Atkinson, Jim Hemker, and Jean Hemker.

Staff persons on hand were Paul Hetland, Joel Dasher, John Gilk, Wayne Revering, and Noah Van Beck.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by those in attendance.
