Hello,

My name is Donny Anderson. I have been involved in the building business for most of my life. After High School I joined my Dad working for a Drywall Company taping drywall for approximately 10 years. Then I took a job running heavy equipment and digging basements for a very successful home builder, before going back to school to get my Real Estate License 18 years ago.

I have seen a lot of changes in the building process. I am happy to say Applewood Homes is up to date with all of the new codes and building materials, to give you the best new home possible. We pride ourselves on the quality we put into the new homes we build. Our goal is to give you the best quality home at an affordable price and we do just that.

I focus on the building and selling and my wife Laurie takes care of all of the paper work, closings, etc. Together we can make building your new home fun, easy and stress less. We work with several local lenders that can help get the Mortgage that fits your wants and needs.

Of course you can use a lender of your choice. Prior to closing, we always set up a walk-thru to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new home. We have Title Companies we work with or again we will use the Title Company of your choice.

In Freeport we are involved in a development called Welle Country Acres with many choice lots. Model Homes are open Saturday - Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or call anytime for a private showing. 612-242-5056. Welle Country Acres is 3 blocks south of I-94 right across from the new Baseball Park. New Homes starting from the $140,000's including lot.
